The mist was around

me like a ghost

holding me in it's arms

shielding me from the world

And I felt myself surrender

You withered

I died

On the bottom I lie

alone

and broken

not a word

was spoken

not a tear

was shed

no one knew

I scratch and I claw

there must be a way thru it all

But it's all in a haze

I'm lost in this maze
